Cancellation Policy

Once you have indicated your required date confirmed it is available and paid a deposit ,we will lock in the date as your booking. Because we may have refused other bookings on that date you are subject to forfeiting your deposit should you change your mind. All outstanding fees to be paid prior to the event unless arranged otherwise. Additional hours can be booked at the event.
